We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours on regular business days. Kindly note that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. While we aim to deliver as promptly as possible, please understand that delivery times are dependent on our courier partners and your location, and we are unable to guarantee specific arrival dates or times, orders are generally delivered in 2-10 days.

 

Shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed at checkout, ensuring that you are fully informed before completing your payment.

 

For delivery, a signature will be required upon receipt of the goods. If you are unavailable to sign for the delivery, we kindly ask that you arrange for someone else -such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour - to sign on your behalf.

 

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative individual.

 

We are also unable to take responsibility for any damage that may occur after the goods have been delivered.

 

If you notice any shortages or damage to your order, we kindly request that you report it to our customer service team on the same day of delivery.

 

In some cases, depending on the items ordered, your order may be shipped in multiple shipments. However, please be aware that this may not apply to every order placed on the website.

Upon successful payment, an official receipt will be sent by the payment gateway on behalf of Maison Avenoir via email, which can be used as a reference for future inquiries.

RETURN AND REFUND

 

At Maison Avenoir, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products, customer service, and overall shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return option under the terms outlined below.

 

Domestic Orders:

If you receive a defective item, you must return it unused, in its original condition and packaging, along with the invoice. To initiate a return for a defective product, you must report it within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting us at 73548-97337 or via email at maisonavenoir02@gmail.com. For further information regarding the refund process for defective products, please refer to the "Refund" section below.

 

7-Day Return Policy:

For domestic orders (within India), if your product arrives damaged or defective, you may return the item unused, in its original condition and packaging, along with the invoice, within 7 days of receiving the product. Upon confirmation, our courier partner will collect the product from the address provided and return it to us.

 

Return Charges:

Domestic Returns: For returns within India, there are no shipping charges for you. Our courier partner will collect the product from your address at no additional cost to you.

 

How to Initiate the Return Process:

1. Contact Maison Avenoir Customer Support within 7 days from the receipt of your order by calling 73548-97337 or emailing maisonavenoir02@gmail.com.

 

2. Do not return the product until you have received a confirmation email from Maison Avenoir with instructions.

 

3. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and unaltered.

 

4. Include the invoice/guarantee card inside the return package. Returns will not be processed without these items.

 

Note: Requests for returns will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt.

 

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and the invoice. If everything is in order, we will initiate the refund process.

 

 - For online payments, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-15 working days.

 - For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, the refund will be processed via NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer).

 

Refund for Domestic Orders:

 - For domestic orders (within India), we offer a 100% refund for returned products, provided the conditions are met.

 - Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer valid, the refund            will be issued by cheque.

 

Refund for International Orders:

For international orders, we do not generally offer refunds. However, refunds may be issued under the following circumstances, at the sole discretion of Maison Avenoir:

 

  1. Defective Products: We will accept the return of defective products and provide a refund. The return shipment charges will not be deducted if the product is found defective after inspection by our Quality Assurance team.

 

Non-Delivery Due to Customer Unavailability: If our logistics partner is unable to deliver the product due to the customer’s unavailability, despite repeated attempts, we will issue a refund. Please note, shipping costs (to and from), customs charges, and any other expenses incurred by Maison Avenoir will be deducted from the refund amount.
